After my not so good day at work (there have been quite a bit of those lately, I think the stress that my boss is under is contagious), Ms.Katie thought it’d be a lovely idea to go to ToysRUs to buy me some Legos. Usually I buy myself the random Star Wars stuff when I have had a bad day or two but she wanted to dote on me tonight. I snagged a sweet Vintage Package Qui-Gon, the new Lego X-Wing, as an added bonus to the Lego X-Wing we got the Mini Lego Podracer for free, a few Series 6 Mini Figs (Lady Liberty is was my favorite out of the set and we got her twice), and a cool Star Wars Planetarium for the TinyTot. We also picked up some movies and Star Wars fruit roll-ups at Walmart on the way home before we picked up pizza. So instead of our usual Wednesday Date night, Ms.Katie and I had a NateNight… It definitely picked up my spirits a bit. :)
