Personal Space…
When people touch things on my desk, I want to lose my shit. It’s on MY Desk, not yours. Do not pick up my things, do not grab a pen from my pen caddy or my scissors, do not pick up my phone on my desk… It isn’t yours keep your hands off. If you would like to borrow it then ask. If you need something on my desk, ask.
How hard is it to honor people’s personal space and ask before using/touching their things?
